₦100,000 is our starting price for visits in the Guangzhou and Foshan area. If the supplier is further away, you cover the train or flight cost and we quote the time required separately. Our China-based team can conduct on-ground supplier and factory verification in selected locations across China.

Send the factory details and your questions
Company name, address, contact and anything specific you want confirmed. We agree the question list with you before the visit so nothing is missed.

We travel and inspect
We go to the address, confirm the location, assess the facility, speak to representatives, ask your questions and document everything with photos and video.

You get the report
A written factory visit report covering what we found, what we could not confirm, and whether their operation looks consistent with their claims. The report is yours to keep.
What this costs.
Factory visits outside our immediate service area are quoted separately based on location, transportation and the time required. You always see the full number before we travel.
We charge our fee only. Everything we pay on your behalf — product cost, transport in China, samples, shipping, accommodation, testing — is billed at cost.

Before you ask.
How is this different from a quality check?
A Pre-Payment Quality Check answers “is the product what they say it is?”. Factory Verification answers “does this company actually exist and operate the way they claim?”
They solve two different fears. Many buyers should do both.
What if the factory turns out not to exist?
Then you have just avoided a very expensive mistake for ₦100,000. You still pay the fee, because the visit was carried out. The report on what we found at that address is yours.
Can you verify a trading company rather than a factory?
Yes. Plenty of good suppliers are trading companies rather than manufacturers, and that is not automatically a problem. What matters is that you know which one you are dealing with, and the report tells you.
Will the factory know I sent you?
We agree the approach with you first. In most cases we visit as a buyer's representative, which is normal and expected in China. If you need a different approach, tell us when you brief us.
Can you visit a factory outside Guangdong?
In selected locations, yes. Send us the address and we will tell you whether we can cover it and what the travel adds. If we cannot do it properly, we will say so rather than take the fee.
