Jia Li charges for our work. Money we spend on your behalf is passed through to you at cost, and we show you what it was spent on.

One consultation fee is creditable
Book an eligible sourcing or procurement service after a Business Consultation, that ₦100,000 comes off the service fee. The China Relocation Consultation is not creditable — it pays for the session only. Either way, a fee is non-refundable once the session has taken place.
Distance affects the price
Our starting prices for quality checks and factory visits assume the supplier is in the Guangzhou or Foshan area. If they are further away, you cover the train or flight cost, and we quote the time required separately.
Before you ask.
Why is sourcing a custom quote instead of a fixed price?
Because the work varies enormously. Finding one household item is not the same as furnishing a 40-room hotel, or sourcing a regulated electrical product. Quoting a flat fee would mean overcharging the simple jobs and underdelivering on the complex ones.

Can I pay the 10% procurement fee on an order below ₦200,000?
₦200,000 is our minimum order value for Chinese Website Procurement. Below that, the fee does not cover the work involved. Message us anyway, because there is often a better route for smaller orders.
Do I pay the quality check fee before or after the check?
Before. The point of the service is that we see the product first. So the check is arranged and paid for up front. You then decide whether to go ahead based on what we find.
What if the factory visit turns up a problem?
Then the service has done its job. You still pay the verification fee, because the work was carried out and the finding is what you were paying for. The report is yours to keep either way.
Do you charge a percentage on sourcing projects too?
It depends on the project. Some are quoted as a flat project fee, some as a percentage of order value, and some as a combination. We tell you which model applies before you commit to anything.
