We charge our fee only. Everything we pay on your behalf — product cost, transport in China, samples, shipping, accommodation, testing — is billed at cost.

How early should I come to you?
As early as you can. Production plus shipping takes real time, and rushing either one is where quality and price both suffer. Tell us your date first and we will tell you honestly whether it is achievable.
Can you put our name or logo on the items?
In most categories, yes. Branding options and their minimum quantities vary by product, so send us the item and we will confirm what is possible.
Can I get a sample before committing to the full order?
Usually, if the timeline allows. Sample fees and the cost of getting it to you are billed at cost.
What if my budget per unit is very low?
Say the number anyway. We tell you what is genuinely available at that price, and what it will look like. No surprises at the event.
